Product Description

This Aluminum Radiator is designed to provide maximum cooling efficiency to prevent premature engine failure. Its light-weight, and high-heat transferring aluminum features a tube and fin design that, dramatically increases surface area that enables the heat to dissipate more efficiently. This Aluminum Radiator is at least 40% more efficient than stock ones. Most importantly, it has a much higher capacity for coolant than stock ones, which means that your cooling system will be more efficient and will be more resistant to temperature surges in racing applications.

In maintaining the impressive and efficient function of a vehicle, it is essential to ensure that it is heat free in any driving application. This is where a vehicle cooling system comes in focus. Among the less frequently seen part of the cooling system is the fan shroud. Crafted from heavy duty Aluminum materials, the part efficiently addresses harsh working environment. It facilitates the function of the radiator fan as it contributes in the maintenance of the ideal range of operating temperature in the engine.
The fan and the fan shroud effectively drive the heat over and out the engine compartment rather than thrusting it into the front of the engine. The fan shroud basically houses the fan blades securing it in place and keeping it from damaging the other engine components that may disturb the smooth and even operation of the engine. With excellent operating temperature management, allowable levels of engine temperature are stabilized. Investing in proper maintenance though will considerably benefit the ride and driving quality in maintaining the ideal working conditions of the engine.

This is a review based on straight out of the box. Packaging was good the box did have a little ding in it but all the foam protected the radiator pretty well. Over all the radiator looks decent for the price i will know more once its installed. But right out of the box i could hear parts rattling around and once i got it out of all the foam. And bubble wrap i found a broken tab on the fan and one of the bolts had completely backed off and fell into the packaging and the nut/washer for it was missing. I will post again once it has been installed and pressure tested.

Taking a chance, I purchased this radiator. Upon delivery the radiator was packaged well and in good shape. It took longer to remove the old stock unit than it did to install this new unit. The only thing I had to do to the new radiator was to apply thread lock to all the threaded inserts and tighten down the pre-existing bolts that hold and fan and fan shroud in place. I was pleased that the power steering reservoir mounted right up, you will need a M6x1 bolt or screw to hold the upper position of the reservoir though. Once I burped the air out of the system everything looks and works great. I connected the fan to a switch and relay that I had, so not automatic based off the coolant temp. I am really happy with the radiator so far, especially for the price you can't beat it,
