Challenge a friend to a mano-a-mano shoot off with the Crosman Airsoft Stinger challenge kit. The kit comes with two P311 repeater airsoft pistols that hold up to 12 BBs each and shoot at velocities of up to 325 feet per second. On the other end sits a gel-trap target with dartboard-style scoring rings and a tray at the base to catch the BBs. When you're ready to face off, just load up and fire at the target, which catches the BBs for easy scoring. And players will have plenty of ammo thanks to the dual packages of 500-count 0.12-gram airsoft BBs. The BBs come in two different colors, making it easy for players to monitor their shots.

They are of a standard size, and made of a sturdy plastic which does not feel cheap like other airsoft pistols. The clips remove and engage wonderfully, and I have had no struggles with blockage or jamming.
They do require a break in period, as all guns do, before they can be consistently accurate. This break in period is usually one hundred rounds, which should be pumped through these pistols easily enough.
These Crosman Stinger Pistols match nicely with Umarex's Zombie Hunter Pistol kit (See Image for comparison), also availiable through Amazon, but Umarex does not have as nice of a backboard as Crosman does. The gel backboard of Crosman is a wonderful addition and because of it is well worth the purchase over Umarex's Zombie Hunter Pistol set.
I am not a professional airsoft gunman, and this review is purely as a customer who likes to shoot quality airsoft guns with friends.

Firing it can get a little tiresome on my hands. The springs are really strong, which is a good thing, but sometimes it is uncomfortable after a while of trying to cock back the gun repeatedly. Or I'm just weak.
It works well, has lasted with regular use for quite some time and still seems to be in great condition. It was a perfect gift for the price.
Both of the guns in this kit shoot high and to the left off of a bench rest at 15 feet. They typically shoot 3" groups or greater (with plenty of fliers) which is pretty poor. You can actually see the airsoft BB spinning off to the left as it travels. No... it's not my trigger pull. I made sure of that. Countless tests off of a bench rest with fine attention to trigger pull confirms that these things spin the BB off to the left. By comparison, my Crosman P9 airsoft pistol shoots 1.5" groups at 15 feet all centered on the bullseye. If you are shooting at a person at 15 feet then you'll likely hit them. But if you are interested in plinking cans at 15 feet then you should look elsewhere.
I should also note that I tried .12g and .20g BB's in my accuracy tests. The best groupings were made with the .20g BB's which is to be expected. They tended to curve a little less. The .12g BB's typically had 4"-5" groups at 15 feet. You'd be hard pressed to hit a soda can with that type of accuracy.
As others have said, the magazines are atrocious. Just downright terrible. The follower spring will not stay down at all and you pretty much have to hold it with your finger while you load. If you don't hold it, any little shake of the magazine while loading sends the follower spring flying up and the BB's flying out. The little blocking tab at the top takes only a small bump (usually as you are trying to put the magazine into the magazine well) before it shoots the BB's out everywhere. It is just a terrible design. No way around it. I have found that if you hold the magazine release button in while you insert the magazine it gives you one less thing in the way that can cause the top catch to let go. But it takes a special technique. I sure wouldn't want to rely on this in a firefight. Magazines should not take any "finesse" to load in a hurry. They should just pop in and go. But the design of these is just all wrong. I'm really not sure what they were thinking. Any design that will shoot the BB's out the top if it is bumped slightly while being inserted is just a bad design... period! Again, the Crosman P9 doesn't suffer from this problem because the BB's don't feed directly out of the top. They feed like a normal semi-auto pistol magazine: out of the front.
I won't return it because it isn't worth it for the $19 I paid. But they are practically useless for target shooting of any kind (even relatively large targets). And the magazine hassles just aren't worth it. I recommend the Crosman P9. But the Crosman P311 is not worth the price (even at 2 for $19). They say you get what you pay for, and that is certainly the case with the Crosman P311.
If you are looking for a skirmish pistol then the accuracy could be "good enough". But the magazines will definitely let you down if you ever need to change them out in the heat of battle. So even as a skirmish pistol I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
EDIT: I will also say that these pistols have a plastic barrel rather than the original aluminum barrel that the P311 used to ship with. I believe that many of the people who say that the P311 is accurate probably have the older version with the aluminum barrel. The new plastic barreled ones are not worth purchasing.
