Product Description
Castellanos Continuous White Cord Loop 3.2mm Window Blind Looped String, Compatible with Hunter Douglas, Bali, Graber, Levolor, Kirsch, and More - Used on Cellular and Pleated Shades
Continuous cord loop blinds operates using a cord attached to a pulley. Unlike standard lift cords, a continuous cord loop lift loops or returns back to the headrail, creating one endless cord. Pulling the cord one direction raises the shades and pulling it the opposite direction lowers the window shades.
The shade will stop at the height and hold position when the operation of the cord is stopped. The continuous cord loop lift system makes raising larger window blinds easier and is ideal for making larger blinds easier to raise and lower. Although the continuous cord loop or rollease option is available on many different window blinds one of the most common application is roller blinds. Some other applications include cellular shades, roman shades, bamboo shades and more.
The continuous cord loop system can be on either side of the shade. Advantages of the Continuous Cord Loop Lift System Easy to raise larger, heavier shades. Shades stop in the position you want. Cords can be attached with cleat to keep them out of the way. Easily stop adjacent shades at the same height.
This Cord Loop Comes in the following sizes (Drop Down Length of the Loop): 2 Ft. - Cord Measures 48", Drops to 24" 3 Ft. - Cord Measures 72", Drops to 36" 4 Ft. - Cord Measures 96", Drops to 48" 5 Ft. - Cord Measures 120", Drops to 60" 6 Ft. - Cord Measures 144", Drops to 72" 8 Ft. - Cord Measures 192". Drops to 96"

Some customers also mention that the cord broke on first use and that the width is smaller than specified for use in Levolor.
"...The blinds are over 20 years old so the card probably wore out from daily use...." Read more
"...Do not buy!. Not a solid piece of rope- it’s glued together and that’s where it broke...." Read more

Some customers say that the cord is too thick and won't stay in the retainer. Overall, customers are not happy with the quality and durability of the product.
"...It slips and thus I ended up swapping it into a blind we rarely use, and pulled a proper-diameter cord out of the other blind for use in the primary..." Read more
"...However the cord is a little to thick and sticks when pulling up or down. I thought maybe it would break in and stretch some...." Read more
"Not very good. Too much stretch so when you pull it gets too thin and slips" Read more
"...which should be 72", was actually 77.5", which means it would not stay in the retainer that holds it to the wall...." Read more
Customers are not satisfied with the thickness of the cord rope. They mention that it's thinner than the original cord, and it doesn't pass through easily. This causes the cord to break.
"The cord was just thick enough to rub tightly on the pulley assembly to make replacement ineffective...." Read more
"...Also the right length. However the cord is a little to thick and sticks when pulling up or down. I thought maybe it would break in and stretch some...." Read more

Customers are dissatisfied with the continuous length of the cord rope. They mention that the loop ends are poorly fused together, it's not a 3ft loop, and that the ends were glued on top of one another.
"...There are no loops. It's one continuous circle of string. Which is fine. If you flatten it, it comes to 4 ft (or 6ft)...." Read more
"...The ends were glued on top of one another which made that part too thick to pass through." Read more
"This is a terrible product that broke within 3 months. The end were cheaply glued together. This is a racket...." Read more

No wonder you won't find this little simple item Lowe's or home depot!
They are hoping you'll buy blinds or even a whole new set!
All the "do it your selfer stuff in there and they don't have this? Who are they self doing for anyway?
No way! I watched YouTube videos on how to remove mine from the window "push towards the window then flip Down", then I watched another on how to string it!
I used a steak fork from the kitchen to get in the gears and roll it up since the string had broke.
The popped out the little guide and put the new string loop with nothing more than my fingers.... so simple!
Unless you're wanting an excuse to Spend a few hundred dollars on new blinds, you must check this out!
Btw, if you get one and feel the glue connection on the string is too big, just heat up the tip of a butter knife and roll the stringy with the knife to flatten it down more.... Not too hot or you'll steal too much glue away from the string.
This cord measures 3mm diameter, or right about 1/8". The one we needed to replace is 4mm, or just over 1/8". Check yours first. If you need 3mm, I bet you'll be very happy with this cord. If your blind, like ours, needs 4mm, this one is likely to slip. That extra 1mm makes a big difference.
