We kind of miscalculated the hog size and getting a 100 lbs one, so we had to chop the rear legs. But otherwise, this was pretty awesome!
We use propane for this one, so it was done in about 8hrs with the skin and meat falling of the beast.
Additionally, the vendor gained extra cool points by calling me and confirming the order number as I made a mistake during the purchase.
